There is an obvious similarity between the DCBE and LaSalle Bank with regards to the link that they have with the Netherlands.LaSalle Bank, the 11th largest bank in the United States with over $100 billion in Assets and over 18,000 employees nationally, is part of ABN AMRO Bank that has its headquarters in the Netherlands. How is it dealing with a Dutch Parent and the Dutch in general, both culturally and business wise? Are there things which either the Dutch or Americans have to be aware of to create a successful cooperation? These are all issues Mr. Hammock has experience with and will share with us.
